Ariel is passionate about food and has worked in different areas of the food system. He has experience working in kitchens, gardens, classrooms, and on farms working with food at different stages. Originally from Valley Stream, NY, Ariel has also worked around NYC as well as in the Hudson Valley, Cape Cod, and the Allegheny mountains of Virginia. He studied entrepreneurship and environmental sustainability at Baruch College in Manhattan. Ariel is excited to be a part of the positive push towards a sustainable future at NY Sun Works.
