Aurora is a graduate of CUNY CSI, and has interned in the archives of the Staten Island Museum and with the Natural Areas Conservancy’s trails team. She is an NYC Parks super steward, and in her spare time enjoys volunteering, hiking urban trails, thrifting gardening supplies, and hunting on the web for the best pancake recipes- because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. She is very excited to be working with NYSW to instill in NYC youth the same passion she feels for sustainable food systems, and the urgency of green space preservation.
