Ella Bayer received a B.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and an M.Sc. in Environmental and Energy Management. Before joining the NY Sun Works team, she served in roles as a lab technician and lab manager at the university level, working primarily with aquatic ecosystems. Ella is a Hydroponic Classroom Operations Specialist, helping maintain the systems and classrooms where students learn about the science of sustainability and climate education. In her free time, she loves to knit, sew, and learn other hands-on skills.
