Erin is a NY native with a background in the hospitality industry where she spent years serving organic farm-to-table produce in NYC restaurants. She grew up with an active interest in the environment and growing food using sustainable practices. She’s passionate about animal welfare and advocates for living a plant-based lifestyle. In her free time she volunteers with local animal shelters and practices a lot of yoga!
