Hannah Luna
Post Secondary CEA Manager and High School Curriculum Specialist
Hannah Luna, with a decade of teaching experience, brings a dynamic approach to science education at NY Sun Works. Specializing in courses like AP Biology and Chemistry, she emphasizes hands-on, inquiry-based learning. Holding a B.S. in biology and a MAT and EdS in science education, Hannah expanded our Urban Agriculture Workforce Development program, organized the first college fair at the Javits Center, and developed our high school Farming Foundations curriculum. Passionate about community partnerships, she connects students to internships and post-secondary opportunities. In her free time, Hannah explores new places, indulging in outdoor activities like hiking and scuba diving.
